57-day Campaign: From Vague Requirements to Exhibition Delivery

At the beginning of the project, faced with the challenge of an unclear robot form and core functions, the team quickly formed a special task force and started from the selection of the solution. After three rounds of intensive customer discussions and optimizations, the first version of the project framework was established, providing a clear direction for the subsequent sprint.

After the holiday, in the face of an exhibition deadline that could not be delayed, the team adopted a parallel mode of ”rolling design + production“. On the day the project was launched, they simultaneously advanced the procurement of long-lead-time materials and core design work. Within a month, through 17 special reviews, they firmly controlled the details and completed all design finalization by mid-November. At the same time, the project goal was also being upgraded in parallel - from static display to dynamic demonstration, and from "ensuring first place and striving for second" to ensuring that both robots must complete assembly and power-on communication verification. This undoubtedly put forward higher requirements for subsequent assembly and debugging.

The subsequent production and assembly period was also fraught with challenges. Conflicts in multi-vendor coordinated debugging tasks and sudden material quality anomalies had all affected the progress. The team promptly formulated strategies to promote internal and external collaboration and break down barriers. They resolved conflicts by adjusting task priorities and staggering collaboration, and jointly traced the source of material issues with suppliers on-site and quickly rectified them. Team members proactively took on cross-functional tasks and, with strong execution capabilities, overcame one difficulty after another, ensuring the ultimate goal was achieved.

After 57 days and nights of hard work, the project was successfully completed! When the two embodied intelligent robots were running stably under the spotlight on the exhibition stand, it not only verified the solid technical strength and outstanding full-process problem-solving ability of the Linkhou team, but also highlighted Linkhou's comprehensive service advantages - relying on its own end-to-end full-process management system, a complete supply chain ecosystem support and flexible production capacity, we are now capable of providing one-stop whole machine ODM solutions for global general robot customers on a large scale, and have also accumulated valuable practical experience for subsequent ODM project services.
