On December 4th, Linkhou was invited to attend the 2025 Annual Industry Conference of Boyuan Capital. As a key layout enterprise of Boyuan Capital in the embodied intelligent robot sector, it made a grand appearance with its core component products, attracting intense attention from both capital and customers.

At this conference, Linkhou showcased its visual module, wheeled robot module, and joint module, which were highly impressive. As one of the few domestic enterprises with the full-chain capabilities of "independent research and production of core modules + integrated delivery of complete machines as ODM", Linkhou's booth became the focus of the conference, highlighting its technological and industrialization strength in the field of embodied intelligence.

During the roundtable discussion themed "Robotics Supply Chain Transformation and Outlook", Li Erpu, the vice president of Linkhou, along with a group of industry experts, delved into the changes and prospects of the robotics supply chain. Li Erpu clearly stated, "Currently, the boundaries among enterprises in the robotics field are blurred. It is necessary to move towards a direction of clear demarcation and division of labor for cooperation. Only in this way can we go further and avoid getting trapped in manufacturing overcapacity."

Binocular mechanism optical camera
The DREAMSIGHT series binocular structured light cameras adopt self-developed active binocular vision technology, which can obtain more depth details and stronger environmental adaptability than traditional binocular vision. The data information obtained can help achieve automation and intelligence in multiple fields such as robot industry, business and consumer.

Single-eye structured light camera
The LH-DS-M0 is a 3D camera from the Linghou Monocular Structured Light series. It offers outstanding depth effects and performance, making it the ideal choice for humanoid robots and robotic arms to adapt to complex environments and maintain stable and efficient operation.
Key parameters:
Monocular structured light ranging ensures reliable performance in dynamic environments. Depth measurement accuracy: 0.5m, spatial relative accuracy of depth measurement is less than 0.8%. Wide field of view: 77° horizontally and 55° vertically. Supports indoor operation, with an IP65 protection rating.

Joint module
The Linkhou integrated joint module is composed of multiple precision components such as motors, reducers, sensors, brakes, encoders, and drivers. Through modular and lightweight design, it forms a compact integrated structure, enhancing the reliability and maintainability of the system. It adopts the self-developed motor of Linghou, which fully improves the torque density of the joint and reduces cogging torque. The Linghou driver uses a self-developed adaptive algorithm to automatically adjust motor and control parameters under different working conditions, achieving more efficient motion.
Key parameters:
By adopting a specific pole-slot ratio, high slot fill factor, and rotor Halbach array, the torque density of the joint module is enhanced, reaching up to 50 Nm/kg. The driver utilizes a self-developed cogging force compensation algorithm and implements three-loop control to minimize speed fluctuations, ensuring smooth operation of the joint module with speed variations no greater than 1%. Additionally, the driver employs a self-developed position error compensation technology, which, in combination with the position feedback value from the second encoder at the output end, continuously compensates for position deviations, reduces steady-state errors at the output end, and improves the accuracy of the joint module, achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of ±2.5 arc seconds.

Wheeled Robot Module TX-Q1
TThe TX-Q1 is mainly driven by a differential chassis and is a small-sized, highly efficient and flexible multi-functional intelligent transportation platform with autonomous navigation capabilities. It can be equipped with an intelligent device platform according to usage needs to meet the requirements of different scenarios. Its compact body size enables it to move and avoid obstacles autonomously and flexibly in crowded environments and narrow spaces, with a rated load capacity of 200kg.

Wheeled Robot Module TX-S2
The TX-S2 adopts a four-wheel drive structure with a turning diameter of 784mm in mechanical design. It supports various operation modes such as forward, backward, turning (with set radius), in-place rotation, lateral movement, and diagonal movement, making it suitable for various environments. It is equipped with an advanced 3D radar. The navigation software has been upgraded, enabling the robot to have more accurate perception and providing more advanced environmental perception and navigation capabilities for general-purpose robots. In terms of software, it is connected to the Linkhou Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing Platform, which enables high-speed connection with MES and over a hundred types of equipment and machines, facilitating multi-machine collaboration and remote scheduling. The product's flexibility is enhanced through software and hardware upgrades to meet the usage requirements in different scenarios.
